TANNING SALONS hiring, tanning companies have started to open up online recruitment services to help prospective workers get in touch with their local hiring managers.
The Sunshine Coast is home to the largest number of tanning facilities in Australia with more than 10,000 employees, with some of them employing over 300 people.
It’s also home to some of the most well-known and well-respected businesses in the industry, with such big names as Suncorp, Sunstar and PETA among the major employers.
And for the past three years, a number of online companies have been able to offer job-seeking candidates job opportunities through their recruiting portals.
The companies have also started to offer an online search tool for those looking to fill their vacancies.
A job-searching service called “The Open Screen” allows jobseekers to submit their resume, cover letter, references and video testimonials for consideration from the company they are interested in.
“If someone is interested in working in our company, and they are able to do so without compromising the integrity of the company and its staff, they will receive the job offer and will be contacted by our hiring managers,” a spokesperson for The Open Screen told News.COM.AU.
The spokesperson said the company is currently recruiting a number to work as part of its new “career-driven” business model.
“We have over 100 employees, and many of those will work full-time for us,” the spokesperson said.
“This model is an example of our commitment to provide our employees with the opportunity to have the opportunity they are so passionate about and that they feel they deserve.”

Our hiring managers are also looking for candidates who want to make the leap to our new business model.
“The Open Video’s job posting states that it can be used as a reference for potential applicants.
While the company does not advertise its positions, it does advertise on social media platforms and is available to sign up to the company’s job-seekers’ site.”
It’s a very flexible approach to hiring that allows employers to find the right candidates, and it’s a great way to find great job opportunities,” a recruitment manager for The OPEN Screen told news.COM.”
It’s always a good idea to make sure your reference is a good fit before you even start talking to prospective candidates.
